Privacy Policy for JefurryAxis
Last updated: 12 September 2026
JefurryAxis (also written "Jefurry Axis") is operated by JEFFERY ADVENTURE PTE. LTD., a Singapore company trading as Jeffery Asia, with its registered office at 46 East Coast Road, #08-04 EastGate, Singapore 428766 ("Jeffery Asia", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our websites, run the free AI visibility check, contact us, or use the JefurryAxis workspace (together, the "Platform"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. We handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By using the Platform you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account and organisation. Your name, work email, company name and size, optional invite code, the verification code we send you, and your password (stored as a one-way hash). For organisations, member names, emails, roles and brand permissions.
- Brand inputs. Brand name, core keywords, business description, competitors, audience regions, persona traits, run settings, schedules, and any files you upload (for example product sheets, brand guidelines or audience research).
- Enquiries. What you submit through the free AI visibility check (the domain you enter and its results), the demo and contact forms, and your correspondence with our team.
- Automatically. Login records, IP address and browser type, the runs, engines and credits you use, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Platform.
The Platform does not process payments and does not collect card or bank details. Commercial terms, invoices and payment are handled by our team outside the Platform.
2. Upload de-identified or public data only
JefurryAxis works from brand, product and market information, not from data about identifiable people. Before uploading any file or text, make sure it has been de-identified or is publicly available. Do not upload your customers' or employees' names, contact details, identification numbers or similar personal data. If you upload such data anyway, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for complying with the laws that apply to you, and we will use it only to measure your brand's AI visibility and help you analyse your target audience.
3. How we use information
- to provide and operate the Platform: generate tags, personas, scenarios and queries, run detections, compute visibility metrics, and prepare reports, insights and recommendations;
- to administer your account, credits, plan entitlements and the commercial relationship with your organisation;
- to send verification codes, service and security notices, run and credit alerts, reminders before data expires, and responses to your requests;
- to send business contacts news about JefurryAxis and Jeffery Asia services, which you can opt out of at any time;
- to keep the Platform secure and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of credits;
- to improve and develop the Platform, using de-identified and aggregated data wherever practicable; and
- to comply with law and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal data. Jeffery Asia does not use your data to train, fine-tune or optimise any AI model, ours or anyone else’s, and we handle it strictly in accordance with this Policy, the PDPA and other applicable laws. We use de-identified, aggregated data that does not identify you or your organisation to improve and benchmark the Platform, and such data belongs to Jeffery Asia.
4. AI engines and other third parties
To measure AI visibility, the Platform sends information derived from your brand inputs (such as your brand name, keywords, business description, competitors and extracts of uploaded files, and the queries generated from them) to third-party AI answer engines and model providers. These currently include OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity and xAI (Grok) in the United States, and DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), ByteDance (Doubao) and Moonshot (Kimi) in mainland China. The set of engines changes over time; the engines in scope for a run are shown in the console. We also use these third-party models to analyse the files and materials you upload, so that we can interpret your brand’s data and give you sharper insights and recommendations. Each provider processes what it receives under its own terms, which we do not control and cannot guarantee. Whether a provider retains or trains on what it receives is that provider’s own decision under its own terms, not ours; if this matters to you, read that provider’s terms or contact it directly. Do not submit information you are not prepared to have processed by these providers.
We also share information with service providers that host and support the Platform (currently Alibaba Cloud in Singapore for hosting and storage, and Resend for email), with Jeffery Asia's teams and offices in Singapore, mainland China and elsewhere for sales, delivery and support, with professional advisers, where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.
5. Where your data is stored
Platform data is stored in Alibaba Cloud data centres in Singapore. It may be accessed by our teams in other countries and transferred to the AI providers listed above in the United States and mainland China. When personal data leaves Singapore we take the steps required by the PDPA to protect it. If you are in mainland China, this Section and Section 4 are our notice of the overseas recipients, purposes, methods and types of information involved, and by accepting this Policy and using the Platform you give your separate consent to these transfers. If your organisation uploads data containing personal information of people in China, your organisation is responsible for its own cross-border compliance.
7. How long we keep information
- Detection reports: fifteen (15) months from generation, then deleted automatically and permanently.
- Detection runs and their pipeline data: fifteen (15) months from last modification, or until the last report under the run expires.
- Brand workspaces, inputs and uploaded files: while the workspace and account remain active.
- Account and organisation data: while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised within ninety (90) days of closure.
- Logs: up to twelve (12) months. Enquiries and correspondence: up to twenty-four (24) months from our last contact.
- Commercial and usage records: as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
We try to remind you in the Platform before reports expire, but it is your responsibility to ask us for an export of anything you want to keep before it is deleted. We may keep information longer where the law requires it, and we may adjust these periods from time to time.
8. How we protect information
We encrypt data in transit, store passwords only as one-way hashes, keep each organisation's data logically separated with role-based access, restrict and log staff access to production systems, host on Alibaba Cloud's Singapore region with its physical and network security and backups, and bind our personnel and service providers to confidentiality and data protection obligations. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; please keep your credentials safe. If a data breach that the law requires us to report affects you, we will notify the authorities and you as required.
9. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw your consent, close your account, obtain an export of your data, or opt out of marketing. There is no self-service export or account deletion in the Platform. To make any request, email success@jeffery.asia from the email address registered to your account. We may need to verify your identity, we may charge a reasonable fee for export assistance where agreed with your organisation, and we aim to respond within thirty (30) days. Closing an individual account does not delete your organisation's workspace data, which stays under the organisation's control. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
10. General
The Platform is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under eighteen (18). We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the update. This Policy is written in English and any translation is for reference only. Anything not expressly covered by this Policy is subject to the written confirmation given by Jeffery Asia by email from success@jeffery.asia.
